Clinker thermal panels are an energy-efficient solution for facade insulation. They are made from non-combustible PSB-S-25 "Eurostandard" foam or extruded polystyrene XPS, suitable for wall and plinth cladding. The protective-decorative layer is 1st-class clinker tiles produced by Paradyz and Cerrad (Poland). Thermal panels create a comfortable indoor climate: retaining heat in winter, preventing summer heat from entering, and protecting against moisture penetration and wall damage.
Thermal panels have been tested in harsh climates for many decades.
Using German CNC equipment allows us to produce products with perfectly accurate geometry.
The thermal panel provides excellent home insulation and savings on heating costs of up to 40%. Cooling expenses are also minimized.
We will help select the right material for each home and customer. We provide free samples to buyers.
SHARFF thermal panels come with a 25-year warranty certificate. The service life of the product exceeds 120 years while maintaining its performance characteristics.

“ Thanks to Roman from Sharff. Their panels are truly the best for insulating a house. I bought 124 square meters, although I initially planned to take around 140. I miscalculated something, but the team recalculated, saving me 20 square meters and a good amount of money. It was just the right amount! ”
“ I was very pleased with the free delivery of product samples. I was unsure about which panels to choose, but once I saw them in person, the choice was clear. Thank you. The panels are very easy to install. ”
“ We bought 228 square meters for house finishing, and they delivered quickly and completely free of charge. I don't know how much I would have paid if the delivery was through transport companies. I was very impressed with the quality of the clinker tiles. The geometry is perfect—I measured several tiles on different panels with a tape measure, and they matched up to the millimeter. ”
“ Thank you for the panels, the consultations, and the help with the selection. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends. ”
“ These panels can be installed on your own. My brother and I covered a 146-square-meter house in less than a month. The quality is excellent, and the tiles are perfectly even. Thanks for the samples; we were able to match the color so precisely only because of them. The facade now looks like it's made of clinker brick—solid and flawless. ”
Clinker thermal panels – Norwegian technology that solves two problems at once: insulation and providing a presentable appearance for the facade. In Norway, up to 60% of private homes are clad with thermal panels featuring clinker tiles. This material is used to insulate both new buildings and those already in use. In just two weeks, an unattractive house can look like a solid cottage.
The heat-efficient material maintains its characteristics and geometrically accurate appearance in temperature ranges from -50 to +70°C, even in high humidity conditions.
The facade thermal panel consists of a rigid insulating material with high-quality clinker tile pressed into it. The press pressure reaches up to 10 tons.
The insulation and cladding layers ensure the rigidity of the facade and offer maximum fire and environmental safety.
The panels are made using the following types of insulation:
- EPS-60 foam
- EPS-60 foam with graphite
- Extruded polystyrene XPS
(all insulators have a flammability class of G-1, self-extinguishing)
The cladding used is top-grade clinker tile. It is produced from clay using high-temperature firing. The tile has significant mechanical strength, minimal water absorption, and requires no further maintenance. The thermal panel withstands at least 350 freeze/thaw cycles. These properties are due to the fact that the tile is made entirely from natural inorganic material and is resistant to any atmospheric effects.
The tile’s color saturation and geometry will remain unchanged for at least 100 years, as guaranteed by the tile manufacturer.
Since moisture does not penetrate into the tile, facade finishing work can be done at any time of the year. Each panel is compatible with others, they are airtight and easily connect with one another. Sharff manufactures panels in European format (584 * 796 mm), which allows the wall to be aligned to a flat plane if the building has geometric issues and significantly reduces waste (maximum 3%). For example, a panel width of 1000 mm or more often leads to the formation of mold due to incomplete panel contact with the facade, creating voids where the dew point moves into the house wall, which is unacceptable for insulation. As a result, the homeowner gets high-quality insulation without cold bridges.
The facade made of clinker thermal panels requires no maintenance for over 100 years. For our clinker thermal panels, there is no need to build a strong foundation or reinforce the old one, as our panels do not put a load on the foundation. The thermal panel saves up to 70% on heating in winter and up to 50% on cooling in summer.
A house clad with thermal panels looks like a European mansion. Even a professional may not immediately tell whether it is classic brick or clinker tile. The wide range of colors and tile shapes allows you to choose a material with textures and shades that highlight the architecture and taste of the homeowner.
Exterior finishing can be done with a variety of materials, but today clinker thermal panels are rightly considered the best facade finish. The material excellently retains heat during the cold season. It mimics brick or stone masonry, enhancing the facade of the house, and retains its properties for decades.
Our market offers a wide range of clinker thermal panels from Ukrainian and European manufacturers. Sharff has been producing thermal panels since 2012 and is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian insulation panel market. Thanks to
