Cottage by the Black Sea
A project to insulate a large cottage in the seaside capital of the south. Due to its proximity to the Black Sea, the climate in Odesa is quite humid. Therefore, the building needs to be insulated with moisture-resistant materials. For this project, we used XPS insulation with a thickness of 50 mm. The client chose Cerrad Loft Brick Masala clinker tiles for wall decoration. As a result of the work, the cottage became 25-30% warmer and gained a modern appearance.
