Private House in Brovary

A project to insulate a private estate in the city of Brovary. The owner planned to improve the house's facade while simultaneously insulating it. Considering the building's area, location, and climate in the region, we recommended using EPS-80 insulation with a thickness of 100 mm. Since the client likes the look of brickwork, he chose clinker tiles that mimic brick from the catalog. He particularly liked two color options - Cerrad Retro Brick Masala and Cerrad Retro Brick Cardamom. Cerrad series tiles are a reliable finishing material for exterior work. They withstand both temperature fluctuations and direct sunlight, as well as high humidity. For tile fixing, we used adhesive compounds that endure 50 cycles of freezing and thawing. This means that the tile will serve its owner for at least 50 years.
